Merlot has as distinctive feature freshness combined with pleasure, these qualities make it the perfect wine for daily consumption and convivial evenings. Fining takes place in steel for a year and then in bottles for 2/3 months.
It is an extremely versatile wine with prevalent aromas of ripe fruit, perfectly balanced with soft tannins.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with first courses, starters and red meats, game, cheese and salami. The ideal serving temperature of service is 16°–18°.
