The grapes for this Moscato Passito come from a vineyard located on the top of the hill of Sirola, in the heart of the Moscato, and are harvested in late September and brought to age at Canale, on the porch of the winery Monchiero Carbone. And here is the magic: the noble rot absorbs water from the grapes that become sweet. The wine is velvety, rich and enveloping, a perfect wine for meditation.
