Sweet vinasse form Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards of the Cembra Valley in Trentino and vineyards of the Lavis hill. The Grappa of Chardonnay has a delicate, complex, slightly flowery scent, sometimes has a light aroma of chamomile. Its taste is harmonious and pleasant. As sugar is not added, it can be slightly alcoholic at first glance, but later its quality enhances this technical choice.
