The must or grape juice is the liquid product which is obtained from fresh grapes or pressed grapes by crushing and pressing or draining, having a total alcohol content (alcohol content that the product has before undergoing any correction or mixture) of at least 8% vol for the transformation into wine by means of fermentation (Veronelli).
