Together with Oloroso, Fino is one of two major styles of the Sherry of Jerez (Spain).
In turn it includes the manzanilla, amontillado and the palma.

Its alcoholic strength reaches from 15.5% to 17% volumetric degrees and is defended from aging by means of a yeast which form itself naturally, called "flor".
Fino is usually served cool as an aperitif.
