Historic winery and distillery in Trentino; wines and grappas of quality for five generations. In Mezzolombardo, capital of the Rotaliano area, the De Varda noble family since 1678 have been vineyard owners, winemakers and grappa producers. In the early nineteenth century, grandfather Michele Dolzan in those same wineries began his activities of the art of distillation, now in its fifth generation.
Knight Luigi Dolzan, passionate heir of the traditions and teachings of father Giovanni, together with his sons Michele and Mauro, continues the activities with those rooted ideals, attentive to the changes in the market, with modern technology, but according to the teachings of the family.
