Studio Michelet has its training roots in the early 70s, when the winemaker Enzo Michelet approached research applied to production technology, since the early 80s there have been numerous experiences of expanding skills in the wine-growing and wine-making branch, from the recovery of old vines in collaboration with the Experimental Institute for Viticulture of Conegliano and with the Research Center of Veneto Agricoltura, up to the enhancement of the national viticultural heritage in collaboration with Dr. Severina Cancellier. The activity of the structure is now enhanced and expanded towards the study, sizing and design of winemaking plants, thanks to the inclusion of new graduates in enology, food sciences and environmental sciences. Our ability to work in a team has led us to collaborate side by side with important professional figures in viticulture and enology. These professionals share with us the perspective of following the wine, and who produces it, throughout the production chain: from the plant to the finished bottle, passing through the production technology.
